Adaptation to Emergency Online Education: A Case of Oral Communication Skills Course in ELT

The significant growth of the cases all around world caused by Covid-19 pandemic necessitated intermittent closures in higher education March, 2020 Turkey. Yozgat Bozok University started online synchronously and asynchronously via Google Meet Classroom. This paper aims to present ELT students’ experience carrying out Oral Communication Skills course adapted distance learning. Secondly, conducting qualitative research methods, it presents standpoints concerning problems they faced with an unplanned unprepared education. researcher sent reflective writing questions students then arranged interviews.
